Terms and Conditions
The conditions that follow state the responsibilities, obligations, and rights of the parties involved in this Agreement. The present terms and conditions can be altered without prior notice.
Please make sure that all the details in our Terms and Conditions are complete and accurate before you make any commitment to the contract.
2. Ordering and Confirmation
2.1 An accurate and correct description of your property must be provided at the time of the booking. Spring Cleaners reserves the right to change any quote given and charge for any extra work that needs to be done.
2.2 In the event of you providing us with inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment or else make an additional charge.
2.3 Property access: You must ensure that there is adequate access to your property.
(a) A minimum charge of £50 will be applied if our cleaners cannot obtain access to the property.
2.4 Debit or credit card details need to be provided to make a booking.
(a) An extra 2% charge will be applied when payment is made by credit card.
2.5 A slot will be reserved for carrying out the service, once a job is confirmed. Note that the time of the work carried out is an estimate. As we don't have control over every circumstance, such as but not including bad weather, traffic and force majeure events.
2.6 It should be noted that parking arrangements are your responsibility. Any fines or fees regarding parking are paid by the customer.
3. Payment and Pricing:
3.1 The Services provided by us are payable by card over the phone at the beginning of the job or in cash. We do not accept payments by cheques.
3.2 All prices are based on the minimum charge for the corresponding service to be provided.
3.3 Extra charges can include: £11.50 congestion charge or an extra charge for your property if outside the M25.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling of Appointments:
4.1 In the event of you cancelling a booking less than 24 hours prior to the job, a charge of £50 will be administered without further notice.
4.2 Spring Cleaners reserves the right to levy a fee of £25 in the event a rearranging of an appointment that's needed less than 24 hours prior to the job.
5.1 It's necessary for our teams to have sufficient warm water and lighting at the property. In any instance where the well-being or health of our teams is threatened, Spring Cleaners has the right to cancel the appointment.
5.2 We reserve the right to sub-contract all or any of the Services provided.
5.3 It is required that either you or an appointed representative is present at the end of the provided service to sign off the work as carried out to your satisfaction. If no-one is present, the services will be treated as accepted by you.
6. Our liability
6.1 Spring Cleaners will not be liable in the event of –
(a) discolouring or wear of fabric that is more visible once any dirt is removed
(b) damage or spillage that already exists and cannot be removed or cleaned completely
(c) damage to wooden flooring where felt pads or any other type of protection have not been attached to the legs of furniture
(d) any service not being finished due to a 3rd party interference
(e) shrinkage of curtains due to steam cleaning
Spring Cleaners aim to address any issues with the service. Please note that all complaints filed later than 7 working days after the service has been provided, will NOT be considered.
